Perhaps see if this floats your boat on your recovery journey.

In this video, Alison Herron shares in an interview with Raelan Agle how she recovered from nearly a decade of chronic illness (numerous symptoms) and turned what she learned into a free music and dance program to help others heal.

I'm posting up because moving to music has been a huge part of my own recovery journey thus far (from having been bedridden for a total of over 18 months and housebound for many years to functioning pretty normally by comparison). Helmut Koeckritz aka The Mindful Gardener who has a channel on YouTube also used daily dancing as part of his recovery journey.

I've started using a rebounder (mini trampoline) for general exercise. Just bouncing on it is very therapeutic and pretty easy. I've moved on to doing some one foot at a time moves, and jumping, and adding music is great. Very fun workout.
