I suggest you go to our Success Stories subforum and do a keyword search within that forum. This is a very common mindbody (aka TMS) symptom, so you might get too many results. You can also choose a specific key word (like urinary, or bladder) and restrict your search to subject titles only. Try different options within our search function - it can take a while to figure out the best way to search on a particular topic.

Also, go to our main web site at www.tmswiki.org to learn about our topic. There is a Success Stories database there with an index organized by symptom, but it has not been updated in over ten years, and there have been many more stories posted since then. The other thing to do is learn about John Sarno, MD on the wiki.

Once you've read one of Dr. Sarno's books (probably The Mindbody Prescription) you will be able to ask more specific questions about the connection of your symptoms to your mental health, and people will be able to respond.
