I'm quite numb to my journalling experience today yet I've put 2 and 2 together.
The symptoms started when I was 19. I dropped out of uni in that first year before returning.
I was a straight A student up until that point. I never failed. I tried doing maths in uni and it was a disaster. I left after 6 months to go home for 6 months before resuming. It was then when the hand symptoms started.
Being pressing into how that period made me feel. I'm quite numb to it, but I know there's a deeper meaning to it that I need to come back to.
But I felt a still voice tell me (I believe it's God) during the session-
"You are more than enough"
"You are loved"
"You are not a failure"
