    I ran into this by accident while journaling. Take a sheet of paper and write “I love you”, followed by your name. Keep writing and fill both sides of a piece of paper with I love you and your name. Write slowly and carefully. Really mean it. Think about it. (It slmost killed me to write it once! So, I figured it probably needs to be written more often.) I’ve heard that people have healed from TMS merely by loving themselves. (I believe it’s a success story I read somewhere on the forum. ) For what it’s worth: I felt a physical release of tension while doing this. I think I’ll keep doing it. :rolleyes:

    I’ve actually been doing it for 3 days. And now it’s getting easier. And it even feels good. But I still have some resistance. (I wonder what it does to your subconscious?!)
