You guys I might have found this TMS stuff just in time. Been sick for years but the new pains started in elbow. All over now in most joints. Drs. Clueless. Fatigue, headaches and nausea worse than ever. Sarnos books make me laugh and cry. Hard to get up off the couch now and vicious cycle of caffeine, ativan is miserable. I almost feel like this didnt make it to me in time. Anyone got any tips hints to really accept this idea 100percent? I need help yall it has gotten awful.
