Hi everyone. A few people were interested in an update.

I mentioned I was going to be talking to a TMS therapist via Skype. I had my first meeting with her today and my next one on Wednesday.

Please....anyone who is struggling....reach out and get some help from a trained therapist. It was a great experience and I know already in my heart that I am seeing success in tms therapy but working with a trained individual is going to give me the tools I need to never have to let a year go by feeling so hopeless and disabled.

If you need help finding one, pm me and I will connect you with someone who can help you find one. I'm in Toronto Canada and talking via Skype to someone in California!!!

    Warm regards,

I second Chrissy's advice. A trained TMS therapist can be of enormous help. And with Skype you can be anywhere.

Sometimes is a great relief just to talk to a professional who understands the TMS experience.

I am glad you are getting help Crissy. It is the kind of help that will support you for the rest of your life, regardless of pain issues. It is helpful I think to let others know, as you are.

Him, Crissy. I'm very glad that you had such a good session with the TMS therapist on Skype. Talking to a specialist who knows what you are dealing with can be very helpful and encouraging. You're not only doing everything right in TMS healing, you're going the extra mile.
