There are many TMS therapists who will work via Skype, so really you can work with anyone anywhere. I did that with my therapist, and it worked fine.

Dr James Alexander in Lismore, NSW is an adherent of Dr Sarno, and he's in our database. His website says he can do Medicare rebates. I don't know where Lismore is to you, but David's point is well-taken.
