I just want to get an opinion from the old pros on this forum. This time last year my pain was so bad pain pills hardly kept the pain under control. The nerve pain in my lower back, hip and feet were of a burning stabbing nature. I decided it was necessary to just get as active I could possibly get...this was even after back surgery. So where am I now ? Well I do just about everything I can. The pain has decreased, but I would say I live with a pain level between 3-4 with most pain in my hips mostly on the left side. Some days are better than most.....progressing in a non-linear fashion that most ppl describe. Still need to take a pain pill here and there just to dampen the nerve pain. I would say I am about 50 % better. I don't fear the pain, just can't stand it when it gets bad. It gets to me, but it doesn't stop me from trying. Am I stuck ? Hell I don't know, but I decided it is time to make the leap and go on a trip that I need to go on ! So with that said I just want to get the pros opinion.
