    Hi
Someone knows a tms therapist in Italy?

    Thank you

Many practitioners do work over Skype:
http://www.tmswiki.org/ppd/Find_a_TMS_Doctor_or_Therapist#Via_Internet_or_Telephone (Find a TMS Doctor or Therapist)

If you want to see someone face to face, there may be an ISTDP practitioner near you. (ISTDP is not TMS, but many practitioners closest to Dr. Sarno use ISTDP. See this link for details.) You would have to find them elsewhere on the internet, though, as we don't have a comprehensive list for them.

You might find the new free Multimedia Recovery Program to be helpful as well. It's free and doesn't have as much of a deep "psychodynamic" approach. Many people, including myself, find that a deep psychodynamic approach wasn't necessary to heal (in fact, I had done an awful lot of psychodynamic work and it never helped me heal my physical symptoms. It is perhaps useful for it's own sake, though, if you've got the money and time.)

    Hi Forest
I had also done a lot of psychodynamic work but it did not work...now I'm following the Doctor's Shubiner Program (unlearn your pain)
but even here I have had no results and his program seems to me very similar to the multimedia recovery program here on the site.
In any case I'll try everything as I have done for 20 years.
    thank you for informations

It might be helpful to look at Alan Gordan’s free online program on this wiki too.
