TMS Newbie...How did your pain go away?

I'm new to TMS and had a question for those of you who have gone through this and overcame it. Did you pain go away instantly one day or did it go away gradually. I'm wondering if it's different for every0ne. I still have pain but am about 75% better so far. I'm hoping one morning it will just be gone but I know that I need patience and need to focus emotional issues and psychosomatic. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm excited for the morning I don't have any pain and can actually sleep in!

It's different for everyone. Some people read and suddenly their pain is gone, or they daydream and let their pain go within minutes. Others, wake up one day with no pain. But most of them healed liked I did, when they finally stopped trying to heal and forgot about healing altogether. It takes time, depending on how much you need your pain.

Try to identify how you are feeling throughout your day. The TMS serves to prevent you from being aware of certain strong emotions. So by trying to identify them you steal the purpose for your pain.

Don't focus on healing, the more you pay attention to it the more you feed your pain. Your deeper self wants you to obsess on healing, which is in itself TMSing.

Go live but begin to under-stimulate your life. If you have TMS you've raised your tension due to how you perceive your days--tasking your SNS.

Change your perception of daily life, and of course work on your relationships.
