TMS for beginners (and/or doubters)

Hi,
Apologies if this is a repeated post. I don't use the forum much. If it is, could someone please point me in the right direction of the best summary for the post title?

I, as I imagine most of you have had my life changed by finding (and slowly understanding) the works of Dr Sarno and those who've continued his work since.
The struggle I have is articulating it to people (friends, family, co-workers etc) when I know they're in the grips of TMS.
Is there a good post or clear summary of the condition with a suggested strategy for starting out on the TMS recovery road. I.e the order in which to read the books?

Any help or information will be greatly appreciated
