In researching a TMS doctor in N.C., I came across this interesting find in D.C. :

He may be the long lost Dr. Bruce C. Hill a rheumatologist from Charlotte, N.C., listed here on the Wiki's Practitioner's list. It sounds like he saw the TMS light, returned to med school to become a psychiatrist, which would be the right direction to go in. His website definitely is MINDBODY friendly. I may give him a call to verify his TMS ripeness. I could have used a good shrink when I was in D.C. for a little SCOTUS meet-up.
