TMS and IBS

Hello, so basically i have IBS or atleast i think i do. My doctors cant find the reason why i get these symptoms, my symptoms are the following:

Bloating
Cramps
Constipation
Burning feeling in gutt
Feeling of having to pee constantly (mostly after eating food)
More frequent gas and smellyer farts

This has caused me to get both a small umbilical hernia and also hemoroids just wanted to throw in that im only 25..

I've had pain caused by TMS before so i'm just wondering if my IBS could be caused by TMS to and how to treat it? Thank you.

"HBP": page 49: EQUIVALENTS OF TMS : ...Irritable bowel syndrome...

...all of these disorders should be treated by one's regular physician...

...Hopefully, the patient will also receive some counseling.

Were you ever able to clear up your ibs/constipation issues? What did you do?
