Tinnitus I can't tell if mine is tms and I'm a wreck right now

    im freaking out right now I stupidly joined a fourm takes tinnitus talk and they were saying how my gaming headset can and going to concerts can make it worse and now I scared to use my headset and go to a concert on my bday December 7th

    Also in afriad of getting my earwax flushed out via irrigation cause they said it can also make it worse.
