Tingling in hands and feet. TMS?

I have health anxiety (really bad hypochondria) i keep having tingling in my hands and feet, can this also be an symptom of anxiety/tms? i keep panicking thinking i have something wrong with me?

I knw this sounds mean but stop worrying if you been checked out by a MD and he is found nothing wrong with you…your good the anxiety is fear
