Has helped me be pain free before.

My thoughts on the 20 20 Sarno video
Are that is really works and that stress
Repressed emotions do cause pain.

it will be interesting as I go back thou
This program what comes out in my journal
That I Am repressing that I’m not
Aware of.

good luck to all on the programme.

I Intend to finish this work and go
To the gym with back pain as I know There is nothing wrong with my back or hip :)

Congrulations on starting, @Leelee111! It's great to have a step-by-step program.

When you say that the program has helped you before, do you mean this program in particular or TMS healing in general?

Hey Forest.

Good to talk to you.

This program structured educational program
has helped me a few times before, If I have a flare up, I normally re start and I get part
of the way though it or half way though and my pain is totally gone.

It started with a very bad back pain about
8 years ago I have pain for over one year,
It was really bad. I started this work
Tms I mean and it took about 3 months to go.

I’m having a flare up at the moment, it’s not
Great. But I’m re focused back onto doing the work again.

It will be interesting what day I get to in the program before the pain goes again.

When this flare up settles down I must write
Recovery story I don’t why I have put it off.

Thank you for all the work and support you
give I appreciate this site so much.

Sending you lots good vibes and energy
from here in the U.K.

Hey Lee, I'm glad to hear it has helped. I think it can be helpful to have a structure like this while one does the work. I hope you do get to the point of writing a recovery story later. If you do, please message me so I can read it!
