Imagine my surprise and delight when I started reading the above mentioned book (want to get alcohol under control and shed some weight) and she thanks our beloved angel, Dr. John Sarno, for giving her life back after three miserable years of intense back pain. She also thanks Steve Ozancich as well. I knew before I even got to page one that this book was going to be legit! This Naked Mind is a very important book in the controlling alcohol movement, just an FYI. Sending love to all of you who are on the same path! So amazed (and blessed) by how things always seem to come together!

I did her wonderful 30 Day Experiment and love that she gives credit to Dr. Sarno and Steve. Annie and William Porter the author of Alcohol Explained helped me immensely in finally being able to stop my everyday habit of a bottle of wine. She interviewed William Porter on the second day of her course. They are both such a blessing.
