Day 5 Think of some activities you really enjoy doing.

What I really enjoy is playing computer games. If I could do this without anxiety or stress, I think I could do it every day. The reason I can’t do this every day is because I have to prepare for a job after graduating from college, so I’m focusing on my studies. That’s why I only play it for a short time on the weekends. In order to do it without stress and without worrying about other things, I have to remember all the major knowledge I learned this week. Also, my parents are very observant of me playing games. So when I play games, I actually worry that my family will come to my room. I feel bad when I play games in front of my family, and I feel like they’ll say something. And I can’t play games because I think I won’t be able to get a job in the future and I’ll be unemployed. So in order to play computer games without worry, I think I have to play them when my family is out of the house, when I’m alone, and after I’ve finished studying enough to not worry.

I love gaming as well, more a console gamer. Your studies are important but finding time for joy and play is important as well. It's all about finding the balance.
