Things I would change about myself

    1. I would start by not worry about everybody else needs and take care of myself first, like they tell you during the safety instructions on a plane put the oxygen mask on you first then your children.
    2. Feel my emotions and not react to them.
    3. Be more in the present not worry about past and future.

    These simple things would make all of our lives pain free.

    Just wanted to share.
