The Myth of Normal.

First I listened to the audio book from my library (six week wait!) Then I bought my own kindle copy. I also added it to my Resources list along with When the Body Says No. His son Daniel narrated the audiobook - unfortunately I found it distracting when he attempted to simulate accents and voices when quoting others

Incidentally I apparently thought the "Mindful Gardener" was someone completely different when you guys were referencing him earlier in this thread. I was thinking it was a female I had seen videos from previously. The actual guy is this one, and I have somehow completely missed him altogether in my TMS journey so far.

The person I was thinking was the Mindful Gardener is Sam Miller, this person:

Have no idea why the Sam Miller person is sometimes on the internet called the Mindful Gardener???

@Mr Hip Guy they worked together for a long time so both kind of fell under that header as they did videos on that channel. They just parted ways recently. Only Helmut posts on that channel now.
