I was going through my 12 daily reminders today and I thought about this first one and I think its the most important one to believe. I thought about it for a bit and remembered an article I read long before I discovered John Sarno's work. The article is discussing structuralism and basically lots of stories and studies that debunk the myths of how important it is in the role of chronic pain.
The article is written by Paul ingraham who is a science writer and talks alot about myths and quakery in health care. It was great to read it again and I think gives a real unbiased boost to support the structural abnormality myth.
Here is the link and look out for the bit where it mentions our very own Dr John Sarno.
