Callie Krajcir was diagnosed with interstitial cystitis at 18. For years she navigated pain, urgency, food fear, and the particular exhaustion of being dismissed by the medical system. She tried the conventional routes. She understood nutrition inside and out, she's a Registered Dietitian. And still, her body wouldn't settle.
It wasn't until she found nervous system regulation and Pain Reprocessing Therapy that things finally shifted. Today, Callie considers herself healed. And she has spent her career helping others find the same freedom through her program Road To Remission, her podcast IC You, and her work as Vice Chair of the Interstitial Cystitis Association.
