The Lies You don't even know Your Telling Yourself

I really like this video, but it has been difficult for me to tell the difference between a reality and a belief... Where do you draw the line?

 

You draw the line with the rule of love. Does your brule or belief create happiness or sadness. I have had brules as mentioned in the above video, one was that I'd always come short of finishing my goals, as if that was a real life rule just for me and I discovered after writing down my rules or beliefs that, that was just a self limiting belief, it had no love or happiness to stop just short of the finishing line so I changed the Brule to " I can do all things through Christ" thus changing my subconscious belief through conscious affirmations and action.
Find your limiting beliefs through journaling, if it's not helping you then change it. Let me know if this helped, if not I'll explain further, thanks

I am not sure if you are familiar with the book/film "The Secret" or "The Laws of Attraction"? Which can be found on you tube, but it looks as if he has used the exact principles with the use of his own terminology..

I would highly recommend watching the film and buying the book.
