    I found this a while ago and had some good results with it. It's a way of releasing a certain item with could involve your specific tms symptoms or something bothering you or a personality trait maybe. You go through a short procedure of imagining and remembering and feeling With intention and attention. There are audible links in the text to explain it and follow along.
