The Dare Method is actually one of the popular books in the space. I bought it a long time ago.
I have a friend who transformed his life with this book and method, a very stubborn friend in fact lol.

Guys, who is still interested, it can be bought now for $8!! And free for listening. Oh I'm so happy that I've found this thread. I got the deal even with a cne express. Can't wait for my delivery to come. These two years were so hard for me, I went from one anxiety to another one. It's my first time when I confront anxiety and panic attacks, so I feel that I need a good solution and a hand of help from outside to beat all these periods. Maybe when the pandemic will be over, there will be more stability and my job will be again secure, I will feel better. But until then, I am going to follow the book instructions.
