Nate and Lauri, you really need to give yourselves more time. Say a month. See if you're any better in a month. But all this daily checking and re-checking will drive you crazy. Take it from me, I've been there.
I agree completely with Gail. I succeeded in making my own symptoms a whole lot worse when I used the exact same expecting, pressuring mindset with the TMS approach that I (and all the physical medical people) had been using with the physical approach. If you must "measure" your progress with the TMS approach, evaluate it by how often you measure progress - the less you do it the more you're making
