So I read Dr. Sarno's book 25 years ago. At the time I was dealing with lower back pain and an MRI showed no significant findings. After reading the book, I had a total resolution to my pain after months of debilitating pain. It was amazing and I am a total believer, and in a lot of ways that experience helped to shape how I approach life from a holistic, mind body perspective. Currently dealing with a new diagnosis of TENDINOSIS (different from tendonitis) of my left hip (hamstring). I am having some difficulty applying the concepts to this issue I am dealing with as I am unsure as to whether this specific diagnosis can be considered TMS. again this is a very news diagnosis I received after months of chronic pain. Does anyone have any experience with tendinosis as a TMS diagnosis?
Thank you!
