Study Guide for recovering from TMS??

Hi,
I was watching lecture by Dr Sarno on YouTube which looks to be quite old. However, I really would love to work on his principles and was wondering if anyone can tell me where I can get the study guide he mentions or the equivalent? Thanks in advance.

I recovered from 17 years of totally disabling pain due to him before but recently many years later I have had a flare up and need a little guidance.
