Structural issue and TMS

    So Dr Sarno says most pain except for a “structural issue “ can be attributed to TMS. What exactly is a structural issue then?

    where thru damage/accident etc there is clear evidence of a defect - a break for instance. Which can be healed by time or treatment. Chronic/long-lasting pain - usually is tms...

    Keep in mind that most spinal abnormalities due to aging, such as osteoarthritis and herniated or bulging discs, are absolutely and not responsible for pain.
