Day 3 Stressed but getting started

I have so many emotions bottled up inside I feel like I'm going to explode. I can't wait to get further into the program. I hope things will calm down some after doing some of the journaling. I have ME/CFS, aka Chronic Fatigue. I'm scared this won't work. I'm sad and angry that I'm sick. I know this entry is a bit disjointed, but that's where I'm at

Heh, if you read the recommended forum post linked from the so-called "Week 0" page, about hints for doing the SEP (spoiler, I wrote it) it does warn you that things might get worse at first, as your brain sees that you might step back from the constant state of fearful alertness that it's been keeping you in. And that's okay! It's fine, because it's a sign that you're on the right path, AND proof that symptoms can be produced only by the brain.

I'm aware it might get worse at first and had a bit of a reaction today after just adding 3 things to my past trauma list. I can get through the turmoil. I believe in this process. I did emotional healing work 15 years ago and had amazing results. Too bad I didn't stick with it... That particular methodology required having someone work with you, but it sounds like this is effective without having to coordinate that. Thank you for all this!!
