Day 19 Staying the course

I'm probably most proud of sticking with exercising since really starting my research on TMS and the SEP. I won't say it doesn't scare the living daylights out of me some days, especially on days where the pain is particularly bad, but Steve O's book really spoke to me on powering through and showing your body who is boss. I'm not saying that's the right strategy for everyone and I second guess it a lot. I have overcome a lot in my life, from an early abusive relationship to a melanoma diagnosis to a failed marriage with my son's father, so I'm trying my best not to let fear win here either.
