    Hi, jwiles. I'm glad you are starting the TMS/SEP program again. There are a lot of posts in the subforums
    of this web site that will give you more background and renewed confidence that you will feel better.

    I found that journaling in the SEP to be especially helpful in discovering the repressed emotions I had
    that gave me back pain. Once I discovered them it led me to better understanding myself and to forgiving
    those I believed caused my emotional pain.

    And be sure to practice deep breathing. Every book and web site I've gone to about pain and relaxation
    say it's one of the main techniques for healing.
