    I think @JanAtheCPA nailed it: What the fuck else can you do?

    You've tried everything else and it didn't work. Treating it as TMS worked, but your progress has stalled. There's no choice but to be patient and keep going. Keep the faith. Everyone has a unique timeline for recovery.
