Hey everyone, had a busy day today trying to get back to my life. (Ignore the pain). Grocery shopping then Home Depo. The lady that checked me out at HD, out of the blue tells me she has a really bad headache. Hmmmm. Me, do you get these a lot? Her, yes. Hmm. Me, are you going through any stress? Her, yes. Hmmm. So I tell her about the things I’ve been working on over the past two weeks. Dr Sarno this website. She seem very receptive and took notes. Fortunately no one was behind me in line. Don’t need the stress of angry looks.

I usually look straight and ignore all the pain I've been through. It works sometimes tho.
