Sore throat and other COVID/flu like symptoms

flare up this 4th of July weekend. Trying to not be scared or anything but it’s really hard. Extreme sore throat. A sore throat is a usual symptom for me and I am not sick or anything. Does anyone else have sore throats all the time or often?

I am what they call a mouth breather when sleeping. Wake up many mornings with a sore throat. Do you have a fever, dry cough? If you're
worried about the virus just get tested. I did and I was neg. Stress dropped substantially!
