Sore Spots

I seem to have a few sore spots.......hurt quite a bit when pushed on. Anyone else ever have these that have been attributed to TMS?

I had many what they call trigger points which were tender. I used to live on rolling a lacrosse ball on them, what a Placebo. They are now gone, key here is stop focusing on the body. Easier said then done but it's crucial. As the great doctor said if one is preoccupied with the body the symptoms will persists. Get out there and live life, divert your attention else where.
