Hey everyone! Back for day 5. Day 5's activity asked me to talk about some of my favourite activities. I've always been very active, always involved in sports and exercising etc, so i guess most of my favourite activities are sport based. I have laid off significantly since developing TMS, and I've made myself a promise that this will stop. I am going to start bjj soon (gave myself a deadline), and will not turn down any invitations to play basketball this summer. Not much else to talk about today. Going to listen to Eddy Lindenstein's The Mind and Fitness Podcast #70, which has been recommended around here. In a little pain today, but I'm not worried. Just going to go about my day and not get worried.
