    Thanks TT, that's a good article, simple stretching and water therapy, combined with breathing exercises really can work wonders. As far as I'm concerned steroids add no value. The purpose is to rebuild ones immune system not suppress it and become susceptible to other illnesses.

    A good article on arthritis. Yes, some exercise is always helpful in TMS healing. I'm 85 and do some 10 minute exercises on Youtube for seniors.
    Anyone who needs to gradually get back into physical activity could benefit from them. Swimming or walking in a pool would be great exercise.
