Day 19 Some bits of pride

For the most part I have continued to exercise since starting down the TMS exploration road and even challenge myself to harder runs and heavier lifts. I'm always in pain after that makes me second guess myself but I haven't lost any function, which helps a bit to reinforce the TMS side of things. I have refused to let people convince me (not here) that I need stop.

I have also learned not to follow any one specific method to the letter and incorporate various approaches that speak the most to me. I used to think if I didn't follow X method perfectly I was failing at doing the work. Now I have realized a bit from column A and a bit from column B can still be successful.
