hey there, i need some help right now. i m a little scare , i was doing some somatic traking, and it was working, i was using the Somatic Tracking Practice/Expression for Chronic Pain/Symptoms From Healing Chronic Pain- The Pain PT
and is tarted to feel numbness in my lungs and chest, also in my lips, also after my lips feel a little tight and was kinda hard to talk i , i run to the mirrow everything seems fine with my face, actually i`m feeling better right now but feel some in my eyelips, has any one here experience something like that? i know it could be just the symptom imperactive. thanks
