I'm sure this is part of the process, if not the entire purpose of the process, but when I am somatic tracking the pain discomfort I feel just sort of gets louder and boots my tracking experience out of the way and I lose it.

Has anyone got a good tool to help me focus more on the emotion...get under that loud loud pain message and to the emotional experience please?

I think there is the alternative to focus on good sensations instead if somatic tracking is too hard?
