today was amazing. I have not felt significant pain today. My foot is still numb but I am fine with this as I know from posts on this forum that neuropathic pain takes a little longer to heal.

I’ve been working so so darn hard with the journaling and mediations and doing reading and just trying to be open and light and forgiving and gentle and it’s paid off today.
If tomorrow isn’t good it doesn’t matter - at least I’ve had this wonderful gift of today!
