Does anyone have insight as to why it seems that the more muscle tension we carry, the more joint popping seems to happen with simple movements? It’s a pattern I’ve noticed with myself at least. I’m not going to lie and say it doesn’t scare me sometimes because it does but I do try to dismiss it. I’m wondering if anyone else notices this correlation as well. I’d say it’s most prevalent in my lower spine and all the little bones in the top of my feet. Is it just me?
