Skin irritation near spots with hair = TMS?

    I've been getting skin irritations and they always seem to be where there is hair. It started on my scalp, and then sometimes around facial hair, and now I have it on my chest. It seems to peel after a while, and I have not had any major sun exposure.

    Can this be TMS?
