Hi
I’ve had shoulder pain / weakness / instability for over 4 years. It is paired with this feeling that it always wants to crack so I can’t help but crack it. And this isn’t the type of cracking/clunking that is normal everyday like cracking your fingers. It’s a big clunking crack that you can hear across the room.
I had an MRI which showed a 6mm partial tear in the suprasprinatus tendon. However when I went for an injection the ultra sound doctor said he couldn’t see anything so I didn’t get the shot.
I’m completely stuck with this and am really struggling to believe it’s TMS when it is so structural the problem. There is 50% strength in the affected arm compared to my normal arm..
Can any one relate to this or offer advice?
Thanks
