Lets say, I feel like I don't want to do something, but at the same time I want too.

Lets say I might feel burned out on something but continue even if my body wants food, rest.

when to listen and when to ignore?

Maybe try and differentiate the part of your brain that tries to talk you into or out of things and the rational part of your brain that knows what is good and what is bad?

For example. I want to help others. I used to love it. Now I tend to not care and I still want to but something in me is not caring

    A touch of depression?
Maturing to no longer need to get external validation?
Sick of helping idiots cuz people in this world generally suck?

Have you replaced helping others with something that you enjoy?
If so, don't worry about it.
On the other hand if you want to help others and your lizard brain is stopping you, you are in charge -- and go help others!

Maybe take a break and focus on taking care of yourself. Don't pressure yourself into having to help others or anything unless you really have to. Then you might find you will want to do those things you enjoy again.
