Should we go all in when exercising?

    By this I’m saying, I like to really go hard in the gym. I love lifting weights that includes heavy weights to be exact. I see myself sometimes having brainfog and mental tireness after lifting heavy weights which makes me want to reduce the weight. Should we go hard even when this symptoms of tireness arise?
