Our TMS drop-in chat is tomorrow (Saturday) from 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM Eastern (***NOTE*** now on US Daylight Time). It's a great way to get quick and interactive peer support, with Bonnard as your host. Look for the red Chat flag on top of the menu bar!

Should I go back to what materials I know? Or learn a new thing?

    Strange question I know.

Ive had Sarno and Gupta and SteveO. I did not do it long enough to have healing results becuase I still have the cfs tms. I stopped doing it.

Im thinking maybe to buy that Annie Hopper program and doing that, instead of going back into Sarno books etc. Get her program and be on her forum cuz I wont get distracted with lots of stuff, but get concentrated on one thing. Folly or go for it?

In the past I did put these things all away. It somehow seems that to go back is not the way, when it didnt work for me before.

How I am different now is that I have the motivation to work through healing. I wanted easy and miraculous before. I didnt really want hard, and mess, and UNTIL, you know to keep going.

If ya'll can take a crack at my question Id appreciate it!

Him, Branson. You have doubts that Sarno, Gupta, and SteveO work for you, so go ahead and dry Annie Hopper.
I look upon TMS books like I do cookbooks. If I get one good recipe out of a cookbook, it was worth buying and reading.

Good luck with your healing. Please post again when you have done the Hopper program.
