Shifting pain ear, jaw, neck and roof of mouth

Anyone have pain moving around that started inside roof of mouth right side and hurt so bad to clear saliva? pain shots into ear and jaw, it started a week ago on right side roof of mouth, then next day went down same side to neck and glands etc,,, then it jumped to left side! it then almost vanished for 4 hours when i was busy with friends hmmm its now been stuck all on left side, pain is in ear, neck, jaw and hurts so so bad to talk, chew, drink. I don't feel sick, no fevers, nothing, so so weird... for about two days i really didn't care and just kept telling myself its TMS and will pass, but then i was tired of it and got caught up in it again! at the point to use some pain relief like an aspirin... it first happened one off a few weeks ago was i had a mild virus, like very mild, and only roof of mouth right side but was gone next day, guess have some fear its virus related and an infection but i have no fever, don't feel sick, full energy and it keeps moving around!!!

Sounds like it could definitely be TMS in the absence of an active virus or an infection, but I'd keep monitoring it, not out of fear but just due diligence - the great thing is now you know about TMS, it has to be something, and whatever it is I doubt it's serious - but always good to get it checked out if you haven't already

thank you,,, yeah def TMS cause it keep shifting! a virus or infection doesn't jump side to side and up and down, the only plausible in neuro plasticity pain!
