If you could change one thing about your life what would it be? What steps could you take to make this change? I think I would make the change to be more decisive. I've noticed that I tend to change my mind very often when making decisions about almost anything food, whether to exercise, what exercise to do, whether to go out or not, buying products, asking someone on a date, etc. And, more importantly i've noticed it's because I am worried about whether a bad result will arise so I consciously or subconsciously change my mind to try and get a better result. Recently, I've been sticking with some decisions regardless of the worries my brain throws at me. Little by little I'm actually making this change.
